Our policy is valid during car pickup and car return (if returned before the booking return date). If you return the car before the booking return day you will get the refund for unused days. Once the car is returned on booking return date, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Cancellation of booking
- Car return before the booking return date (if booking is paid in full amount)
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the refund request does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require an original, signed contracted issued by Famous Rent a Car LLC and payment confirmation (online or offline). Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Only regular priced cars may is under refund policy, unfortunately cars booked with special offer cannot be a subject for refund.
In order to request for a refund, you must contact us first.
Visit any of our retail locations to return the car rented. Our staff member will process refund for you.
You must take care to ensure that the car is returned undamaged. If the car is found by us be used in improper way or has any damages, then we may reject a refund.
Deposit will be refunded after 30 days of car return date. If any fines or other charges (SALIK, etc) are not paid, we will deduct it from the deposit and refund you remaining part.
